Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Inchcape is seeking a dedicated analytics leader to shape aftersales performance across our global markets. You will own KPI governance, drive reporting cadence, and partner with regional teams to deliver data-driven improvements that boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
You will develop executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel, benchmark across markets, and support the deployment of global standards and playbooks to optimise workshop and parts operations. English proficiency required.
