UNW, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, seeks an IT Technician to deliver day-to-day end-user support and ensure smooth IT system operation. You will handle 1st/2nd line issues, support Microsoft 365, and contribute to security and onboarding activities in a busy professional services environment.
The role is full-time, permanent (37 hours per week), reporting to the IT Manager, with a focus on customer service and effective problem-solving across hardware, software and network tasks.
