Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities What you will be involved in Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.

Working with large-scale datasets to prepare, transform and model data for reporting, analytics and data science applications.

Applying statistical techniques, predictive modelling and machine learning approaches to solve workforce challenges and generate actionable insights.

Developing analytical products such as dashboards, reports and insight packs for leaders across the organisation using modern data and analytics tools.

Supporting the development of AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents and workflow automation to enhance decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Supporting the development, maintenance and troubleshooting of People Analytics data products and solutions.

Identifying opportunities to optimise People Analytics processes, products and ways of working through automation, experimentation and continuous improvement.

Researching emerging developments in artificial intelligence and data science, and evaluating their application within People Analytics.

What we are looking forWe’re looking for graduates who are curious, proactive and motivated to make a real difference - not just follow a process.

A degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.

A strong interest in data, analytics and emerging technologies.

A willingness to learn modern data and analytics tools, including data modelling, reporting and AI technologies.

An analytical mindset with an interest in solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches.

Curiosity and motivation to explore statistical analysis, machine learning and predictive modelling techniques.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
