Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Viqu Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve issues across a Microsoft environment, supporting users up to 2nd Line level. The role will own the JLM lifecycle and provide deskside support for both office and manufacturing users.
You will be onsite five days a week in Dereham, UK, performing hardware setup, configuration and responsible for delivering proactive, high-quality IT support with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
