Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
WeEngage Group | B Corp™ is expanding its Newcastle, United Kingdom data center presence and seeks a hands-on Data Center Site Lead to own day-to-day operations, reliability, and growth of the UK business. You will lead on-site technicians and vendors, manage incidents, and drive capacity expansion in a demanding AI/HPC environment.
The role requires deep knowledge of power, cooling, networking, and infrastructure, with strong leadership and on-site commitment in a 24/7 operation.
