Apogee is seeking an Onsite Service Assistant to support and maintain devices within a client account on site. You will work with remote monitoring tools and incident management apps to deliver first level hardware and software support and act as a front-line representative for the client.
The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30, onsite five days a week, with responsibilities including escalations, print queue mapping, basic break/fix, consumables management, and reporting performance.
