Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
NCG Information, Data and Estates Services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Business Services team. You will provide excellent customer service for staff via email and virtual support, reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader.
Responsibilities include case handling for IT and Estates services, delivering first and second line IT support, and building strong relationships at all levels. You will balance a high workload and meet tight deadlines while making decisions independently.
