Permanent Dev Ops Engineer Newcastle Up to £60,000 S/C Clearable Ready to work on large-scale cloud platforms that make a real impact? We're hiring a Dev Ops Engineer to join a high-performing team in Newcastle, helping teams build, test and deploy modern software solutions for complex public and private sector projects. What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Dev Ops Engineer:
• Building and supporting CI/CD pipelines for development teams
• Automating cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Managing key Dev Ops tools and improving delivery processes
• Supporting cloud services, integrations and system monitoring
• Working as part of an Agile team to continuously improve delivery About the Candidate The right Dev Ops Engineer should have:
Experience in a Dev Ops or platform engineering role Hands-on experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, AWS CDK, Ansible) Linux experience and a scripting language (Python, Bash, Power Shell, Node.js or Type Script) Eligible for Security Clearance (5 years UK residency) What's in it for you?
