Provided technical leadership and architectural governance for a large-scale public sector discovery focused on enabling secure data sharing and integration across multiple external organisations.

Key Responsibilities
Led the technical architecture workstream, defining solution boundaries, identifying risks, and assessing technical feasibility.
Designed cloud-native architecture patterns across AWS and Azure, including APIs, integration services, and scalable data platforms.
Established security, identity, and governance frameworks to support compliance, assurance, and approval processes.
Collaborated with delivery, data, and product teams to shape operating models and technical solutions.
Guided prototyping activities, ensuring solutions were technically viable and aligned to long-term architectural strategy.
Defined technical success measures, pilot approaches, and architecture outputs required for progression into the next delivery phase.
Presented architectural recommendations and risk assessments to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
