Technology Delivery Lead

Technology Delivery Lead Newcastle A leading global technology and consulting organisation is looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to join its growing delivery practice in Newcastle. This is an opportunity to work on complex technology programmes for enterprise clients, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving successful delivery across large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Youll play a key role in managing delivery outcomes, improving engineering and delivery practices, and working closely with technical teams, clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will:
Lead the delivery of multiple complex technology projects across enterprise environments Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes Translate complex technical information into clear business and operational insights Drive continuous improvement across software delivery processes and ways of working Establish delivery metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness and implement change Support Agile delivery practices and modern technology operating models Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams through effective communication and collaboration We're looking for experience in the following:
Proven experience managing complex technology delivery programmes or projects Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and best practices Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a technology environment Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate effectively at all levels Strong understanding of software delivery life cycles and modern engineering practices Experience working with Dev Ops operating models and delivery approaches Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into business-focused outcomes Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage short, medium and long-term objectives Experience defining and using delivery metrics to improve performance
