Project Manager, IT Project Manager

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in delivering digital and web development projects? We're working with a fast-paced, creative agency that's looking to add a confident and capable Project Manager to their team.

This role will see you managing end-to-end digital projects for a wide variety of clients, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to keep everything running smoothly.

Some of the responsibilities:

Managing multiple web and digital projects from planning through to delivery

Developing detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments

Ensuring all project outputs align with client goals and internal standards

Leading regular project meetings and client updates

Proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks

Coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and other internal stakeholders

Producing post-project reviews and performance analysis

Some of the requirements: 3+ years of experience managing digital/web projects, ideally within an agency setting

Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Scrum)
Familiarity with tools like Jira and Dynamics 365 Project Operations Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment

Commercially focused with a proactive mindset

Bonus:
Experience working with public sector clients or in an Agile environment
