Delivery Lead

• Clearance Requirement: Subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance (requires 5 years continuous UK address history with no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside the UK).

As a Technology Delivery Specialist
, you will manage critical client projects, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and translate technical concepts into business and operational-focused strategies. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, design metrics to measure and improve delivery, and spearhead software delivery enhancements within a dynamic technology and innovation hub.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage critical client projects and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of delivery approaches, best practices, and modern delivery operating models (Dev Ops).

  Experienced in delivering Agile at scale, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and utilizing Agile delivery tools for clear communication.
• Planning & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to plan short-, medium-, and long-term objectives and guide teams toward meeting them.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Microsoft Excel) and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience working within the Health & Public Sector with familiarity regarding GDS principles.
