What Makes This Role Great:In this role, you will be the trusted guide for major construction partners, taking full ownership of project life cycles to modernise workflows and deliver digital transformation for builds ranging from £1 million to over £100 million.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:- Tailor and deploy innovative Viewpoint and Project sight software solutions to meet unique client needs across construction projects
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation
- Deliver engaging remote and onsite training sessions that empower teams to maximise software adoption
- Cultivate lasting partner relationships, serving as a go-to expert and client advocate
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget using a consultative approach
Skills & Experience:
- Educational background or hands‑on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management
- Proven success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with a strong commitment to outstanding outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- A self‑starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities
- Experience with Viewpoint products, Project sight or similar Con Tech software platforms
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards or industry best practices
- Background in developing and leading structured training or enablement programs
- Location:
Newcastle or Leeds, UK - four days in office or UK - Remote - Travel Requirement: 5%
