Agile Delivery Lead

Location:
Newcastle (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Salary: £55,000 £ 75,000

We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join a growing technology delivery team working across complex software projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong Scrum Master or Agile delivery background who wants to take on broader delivery responsibility without moving into a heavily commercial Delivery Manager role.

The Role

You'll work across Agile software delivery teams, combining Scrum Master responsibilities with lightweight delivery leadership. You'll coordinate teams, run ceremonies, remove blockers and help keep complex projects moving forward.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Coordinate teams across complex software and technology projects.
• Support delivery planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
• Identify and help remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practice and continuous improvement.
• Help teams maintain momentum and deliver high-quality outcomes.
