Infrastructure Support Engineer
6-Month Contract
- Outside IR35 - Newcastle Upon Tyne
- Hybrid – Must be 2 Days per week Onsite
VIQU are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support a large global organisation, maintaining and supporting their IT infrastructure and systems, Windows Server, Vmware, Intune/SCCM, Active Directory and M365.
You will join the infrastructure team, providing 3rd Line technical support across BAU operations while also contributing to infrastructure and migration projects.
Infrastructure Support Engineer – Experience & Skillset
- OUTSIDE IR35
- Windows Server – up to Server 2022/2025 – on-prem
- Ideally VMware experience but would consider Hyper-V – ideally experience with HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Intune / SCCM
- Strong 3rd Line infrastructure support experience
- Basic networking knowledge – ideally Firewall experience
- Desired
- Entra /or Okta
