As Senior Digital Experience Manager, you'll work across the strategy, governance and optimisation of a complex digital estate, shaping how customers interact with key digital channels for years to come. The role You'll be responsible for helping drive digital experience strategy, improving website performance, customer journeys and user engagement.

Working across design, content, analytics and marketing, you'll ensure digital experiences are insight-led, customer-centric and continuously evolving. About you We're looking for an experienced digital experience candidate with a strong background in website management, digital experience, optimisation and customer journey improvement. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise and be confident influencing stakeholders, challenging the status quo and driving positive change.
