Senior UX​/Product Designer

We're working with an established UK-based technology business that develops innovative software solutions used by thousands of businesses nationwide. They're looking to add an experienced UX/Product Designer to their growing team.

Working closely with developers, stakeholders and end users, you'll gather requirements, improve workflows and design clean, user-friendly interfaces across a range of complex web applications. Projects include CRM platforms, HR software, workforce management systems and other business-critical applications. You'll take ownership of the UX and product design process, translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while helping to shape the future direction of multiple products.

• Strong commercial experience in UX, UI or Product Design
• Excellent Figma (or equivalent) skills
• Experience designing complex web applications or business systems
• Experience owning design across projects with complex user journeys
• The ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows and polished UI designs
• A strong understanding of usability, accessibility and user-centred design principles
• Experience improving and iterating existing products as well as designing new features
• Confidence collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating clean, modern interfaces
• Experience working on CRM, HR, workforce management or similar enterprise platforms would be advantageous
• A technical understanding of web development would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to contribute ideas within a close-knit team
