Are you an Oracle Fusion Financials specialist looking for a role where you can build on your functional experience and take on more ownership across a large Oracle environment?

I'm working with a complex organisation looking to strengthen its internal Finance Systems team with an Oracle professional who can work closely with Finance users, support the day-to-day platform and help deliver ongoing improvements across Oracle Fusion Financials
.

This would suit someone with a strong grounding in Oracle Finance who enjoys understanding how Finance teams work, solving system issues and improving processes rather than focusing purely on technical development.

• Support and improve functionality across Oracle Fusion Financials
• Work closely with Finance users to understand requirements, issues and process pain points
• Translate business requirements into practical system changes and enhancements
• Support configuration, testing and implementation of new Oracle functionality
• Help onboard new business areas and entities onto existing Fusion processes
• Investigate functional issues and support users across the wider Oracle Finance estate
• Support UAT, testing, documentation and release activity
• Work alongside more senior Oracle specialists and external delivery partners on larger projects
• Help improve Finance processes, reporting and user experience
• Support training, knowledge sharing and adoption across the business

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials
• Functional exposure to modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management or Fixed Assets
• A good understanding of Finance and accounting processes
• Experience supporting Oracle Finance users in a BAU or project environment
• Some experience of requirements gathering, configuration, testing or UAT
• The ability to investigate issues and understand the underlying business process
• Confidence working with Finance users and wider stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take on more responsibility

This is a good opportunity to develop beyond a traditional support-focused Oracle role.

You'll get exposure to a large and evolving Fusion environment, including new implementations, business rollouts, system enhancements and ongoing process improvement
