The People Systems Specialist sits in the People Team at Cora Health Group and acts as day-to-day specialist for iTrent and other People systems. The work covers user support, maintaining system records and access, and resolving faults or escalating them to suppliers and IM&T. Projects, testing of upgrades and process improvement also feature, alongside training colleagues and writing user guides. Hybrid working is offered, and experience with iTrent is desirable rather than essential.
Whatthe job involves
- Providing day-to-day specialist support and guidance to iTrent and People system users
- Maintaining organisational structures, system settings, user access, approval workflows and system records
- Investigating system issues, resolving them where possible and escalating to suppliers and IM&T
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding systems, including workflows, templates, candidate communications and compliance tracking
- Working with People teams to simplify processes, reduce manual administration and improve self-service
- Coordinating and testing system updates, upgrades and enhancements before implementation
- Producing and supporting standard reports, data extracts and system audits to improve data accuracy
- Creating user guides and delivering system training to colleagues
- Contributing to People systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Exposure to Power BI
- Experience with iTrent
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, self-service and People processes
