Lycetts Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Account Handler to join our Newcastle Upon Tyne, or Catterick office. You will deliver high-quality insurance support to clients and prospects, managing enquiries from start to finish and guiding new business through quotation, placement and documentation.
Under supervision of the Team Manager, you will identify cross-selling opportunities, liaise with insurers to secure cover, and ensure compliant processing.
