The AA in Newcastle is seeking a Sales and Retention Customer Service Advisor to support AA Insurance renewals in a hybrid role after competency. You’ll listen to customers, discuss price and cover, and work to retain business while meeting targets.
Three weeks of expert training precedes three months of guided support, after which you’ll work three days per week from the Newcastle office, contributing to a busy, customer‑focused team.
