What you'll be doing
Managing and developing an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
Building strong client relationships through regular reviews and meaningful risk discussions
Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate cover
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
Delivering renewals, recommendations and clear client communications
Ensuring FCA compliance and maintaining accurate records throughout

Solid experience in commercial insurance broking or underwriting
Strong working knowledge of relevant commercial insurance products
Confident negotiator with insurers and service partners
Able to analyse and interpret policy wordings and insurance documentation
Organised, detail-oriented and a strong communicator
