Real Estate Development Partner | Lawyer

This is a great role in Reading for an experienced Real Estate Development Lawyer at a senior level to join the Partner and team in commercial real estate and public sector development work.

• Undertaking fee-earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the department.
• Dealing with your own case load but also working on major projects
• Management of key clients and major development project work.
• Delivering training and managing juniors / team goals and plans.

• Appropriate experience in development and investment – technical excellence
• Experience in a development role
• Strong technical skills
• Ability to produce high quality work
• Aptitude for intellectually demanding work
• Ambition, drive and with a real interest in CRM
• Able to work hard and deliver inspiring results
• Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills
