Employment Solicitor; NQ

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm who is looking to recruit an NQ - 4 years’ PQE Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment Team in Newcastle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment law matters.
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment-related advice.
• Assisting with strategic planning and management of reorganisations and other employment projects.
• Managing and conducting Employment Tribunal claims.
• Advising on TUPE and providing transactional support.

The successful candidate:

• 0 – 4 years’ PQE with relevant employment law experience.
• Experience advising employer clients and/or managing tribunal claims (desirable).
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage a varied caseload.
