Head of Supply Chain

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring supply chain sustainability, cost optimisation, and alignment with long-term business strategy.

• You should have extensive experience in supply chain management, including leadership roles overseeing procurement, logistics, and / or operations
• Strong strategic thinking
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain, including stock control, forecasting, storeroom management, and reordering strategies
• Lead initiatives to reduce stock obsolescence, improve stock accuracy, and enhance part flow to internal and external customers
• Build resilient and standardised supply chain practices across all depots
• Set the strategic direction for procurement, overseeing supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and Capex investment planning
• Ensure that procurement activities support cost-effectiveness, supplier reliability, and risk mitigation across the business
• Continuously improve procurement processes, systems, and performance metrics aligned to operational goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align purchasing with asset and commercial strategy
