Atlas FM is looking to recruit new team members!

We are looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client’s premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do.

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Full learning and support from Atlas, including on‑the‑job training, toolbox talks and discussions with Supervisor/Manager about opportunities within the business.

• Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of a DBS check at the required level.

• Experience in cleaning (preferred but not required); fully trained for those who match our positive and thoughtful approach.
• Physical ability to carry out the role’s duties.
• Basic spoken English for communication on safety and with the public.
• Good social skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS check clearance.
