Housekeeper – Newcastle Hospital

£12.84 per hour

Various shift patterns over 7 days covering holidays, sickness, and busier times.

• Organise and plan work with support from Heads of Housekeeping to ensure cleaning does not disrupt patient care.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across rooms, facilities, waste removal, linen collection, and deep cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and work as part of a cleaning team.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and report incidents to the relevant team.
• Utilise the latest equipment and products to achieve first‑class results.

Ideally experienced in a similar cleaning role, well organised, motivated, friendly, and flexible.
