Yugo in Newcastle is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our student accommodation. You will maintain communal areas, carry out repairs, and support health and safety across the residence.
The role requires a proactive approach, IT and paperwork skills, and experience in maintenance or facilities. A relevant trade helps but is not essential; 40 hours per week with rota-based shifts. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
