Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Equans is recruiting a Caretaker to join the team at Newcastle Fire Station, Elswick NE4 6HL
. The role is permanent, full‑time, 37 hours per week with a salary of £25,460 per annum and a benefits package.
You will be responsible for implementing on-site PM tasks, delivering FM services, and maintaining high standards of customer service. A valid driving licence, BPSS vetting and DBS clearance are essential, with a focus on safety and reliability.
