The role includes planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and annual gas safety inspections to ensure residents, visitors, and staff safety.
The candidate must hold CCLNG1 for laundry gas safety and CCCN1/COCN1 for kitchen gas safety, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
