Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our care home team. You will perform regular maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and decorating, to keep the building in good order and safe for residents. You will also be responsible for securing premises and carrying out scheduled checks throughout the home.
We value independent workers who can take initiative and work with minimal supervision. Prior experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating is helpful.
