Synthomer plc is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Harlow site to lead the engineering maintenance function in delivering safe, reliable operations and driving asset integrity improvements. The role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to safety, and a track record in manufacturing maintenance.
You will manage maintenance planning, shutdowns, contractor performance and KPI reporting while developing the team and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.
