Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day running of a high-quality residential building in Manchester. This hands-on role suits someone with strong general maintenance and handyman skills who takes pride in keeping the building safe, presentable and working properly for residents.
You will be the main maintenance presence within the building, handling repairs, checks and routine tasks, with regional teams and contractors supporting larger works.
