Job Role: Cleaning Operative

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 18:00-22:00 - 20 hours per week

Pay:£13.45 per hour

Location: Accenture Cobalt 9c, Cobalt Business Park, Quick Silver Way, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE27 0QQ

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced cleaner to join the our cleaning team as a Cleaning Operative at Accenture Cobalt 9c in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. Youmust be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, havethe ability to communicate on all levels and provide flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when required.

Duties include:

• Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning specification is completed, as per the site instructions
• Emptying of bins,ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly
• Attending to spillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within an efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure siteand staff safety
• Following H&Sand COSHH regulations
• Use ofsite-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals
• Proactive interaction with on-site clients and customers, offering superb customer service.

• Carrying out anyother reasonable management requests

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required
• Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Full checkable 3-year employment history
• The successful candidate will need to complete BPSS screening, within the first 12 weeks of their employment
