Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Cleaning Operative to join our team at ParetoFM.

You'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our clients, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with agreed schedules.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed specifications and schedules, including window cleaning where required.

• Ensure all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

• Follow health and safety procedures and use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.

• Report any cleaning issues, maintenance concerns or changes on site to your Supervisor.

• Review allocated tasks and update work records using the Jobber system.

• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.

• Respond positively to client requests and changing priorities.

• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a friendly, courteous service to clients, colleagues and visitors.

• Take responsibility for the quality of your work and support less experienced colleagues when required.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience working in a cleaning role.

• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• An understanding of safe working practices and the importance of health and safety.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good timekeeping and reliability.
