First Port is seeking an Estate Operative to support our residential property management team. You will perform general cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks across sites, with weekend hours on Friday 16:00–20:00 and Saturday 09:00–18:00 (12 hours per week).
You will work under the Development Manager, help coordinate contractors and trades, keep accurate records of maintenance and lighting issues, and ensure communal areas, footpaths and entry points are well maintained for residents and
