As Domestic Campaigns Manager you will lead the strategic direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive domestic student recruitment across enabling, undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping campaign strategy, fostering high-level stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of targeted, data-informed marketing initiatives.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic campaign plans that align with student recruitment goals, leveraging paid, earned and owned media channels.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, media planning, and messaging frameworks to maximise impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Future Students, Colleges, and other key teams to ensure collaborative campaign delivery.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including budget and timeline management, agency coordination, and performance tracking to optimise outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor a Domestic Campaign Coordinator to support campaign delivery and performance.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of media strategy, market intelligence and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret data, develop reports and present insights to inform decision-making.
