This is a full‑time hybrid role (on site for each project) for a Mobilisation Project Manager ideally based in the North West or East of the UK. The Mobilisation Project Manager will oversee the standardised implementation and transition processes for new projects or contracts, ensuring efficient delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and supporting operational teams to deliver successful mobilisation and handover.
Collaboration, tracking progress, resolving challenges proactively, and maintaining strong client relationships are key aspects of the role. The role will also undertake change management where complex contracts require transformation during or post the mobilisation phase as well as undertake improvement initiatives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage deadlines and budgets under pressure
- Understanding of facilities management, energy services, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project / Change Management, or a related field
- Experience working in an operational or mobilisation role is highly desirable
