• Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, driving significant new business wins and expanding existing accounts
• Secure and deliver high-value, complex contracts, leveraging a strong market reputation
• Identify new sectors and service lines to fuel profitable, sustainable growth
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales, Bids, Marketing, and Telesales operation
• Own a substantial sales pipeline and ambitious new business target, using data and insight to drive performance
