We're hiring a Site Manager to lead delivery on energy and infrastructure projects across the North East.

Not a clipboard supervisor.

What You'll Own

You are responsible for what happens on site. Full stop.

• Day-to-day site operations
• Health & Safety leadership
• Managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Programme coordination
• Quality control and inspections
• Materials, logistics and sequencing
• Client and stakeholder interaction

If it happens on site - it runs through you.

The Work

Energy and utility infrastructure.

Expect:

• Civil and electrical packages
• HV infrastructure and substation environments
• Live environments with strict compliance standards
• Tight programmes and real accountability

This is structured delivery. Not chaos.

What We're Looking For

You've led before.

• Proven experience managing infrastructure or utility sites
• Strong H&S mindset - you lead by example
• Comfortable managing multiple trades
• Able to read drawings and drive programme
• Commercial awareness - you understand cost impact

You don't escalate problems unnecessarily.
