This role combines high-level technical planning within increasing business development responsibility.
The Role:- Leading major residential planning applications
- Promoting strategic land through Local Plans
- Managing key client relationships
- Overseeing and mentoring junior staff
- Supporting fee proposals and new business opportunities
- Representing clients at examinations and appeals
- Strong consultancy or developer experience
- Experience leading complex projects
- Commercially driven and growth-oriented
