UKI Senior SDR Performance Manager

Lead and inspire a high‑performing SDR organisation across the UK region. In this role, you’ll not only shape strategy and drive pipeline growth—you’ll also manage and develop a team of SDR managers, empowering them to lead their own teams with confidence and excellence.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute SDR strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives; communicate business strategy and progress to the team; own and optimise the SDR ramp framework. - Operational Excellence:
Implement best practices for pipeline generation, lead qualification, and opportunity handover; ensure SQL, SQO and conversion targets are met; create a managed service mentality. - Talent Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs and SDR Managers; deliver structured coaching and milestone tracking; act as primary development lead for new hires. - Performance Management:
Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement; refine onboarding and ramp experience. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success; collaborate with Enablement and SDR Leadership. - Culture & Well‑being:
Cultivate a supportive work environment; elevate standards and maintain accountability; align SDR team values with internal customers and wider organisation.

- Strong experience in business development, pipeline generation, and outbound prospecting.
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Excellent communication, forecasting, and performance analysis skills.
- Experience with and cadence management tools.
- Understanding of Finance, Payroll, HR, and ERP.
