About LimitlessLimitless was founded at the end of 2023 by husband-and-wife team Jake and Kirsty.
In just two years, we’ve grown rapidly to support around 20 active clients, delivering Zoho‑based systems that now sit at the core of how those businesses operate. Today, the full‑time team consists of Jake and Kirsty, supported by a part‑time admin assistant.
Our growth so far has been built almost entirely on reputation, referrals, and results.
We are now ready to start building out a world‑class team to support us in our mission.
This role is a cornerstone hire and sits alongside a separate developer role we are also actively recruiting for, as we put the foundations in place for a major growth phase in 2026.

The RoleAs our Technical Project Manager / Technical Account Manager
, you will become the central hub between clients, consultants, and internal systems.
This is a delivery leadership role
, focused on planning, coordination, communication, documentation, and control.
Your mission is to own and elevate delivery across all client projects

You will ensure every project is clearly planned, consistently executed, and communicated with absolute professionalism. Clients should always know what is happening, what’s coming next, and why — regardless of which team member is involved.
This role exists to transform Limitless from a founder‑led consultancy into a scalable delivery organisation built on repeatable systems and outstanding client experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Project Management & Delivery- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of client projects across Limitless
- Build, update, and actively manage delivery plans inside Click Up
- Break down business requirements into clear, technical deliverables in collaboration with the wider team
- Translate meeting notes and decisions into structured, actionable Click Up tasks
- Keep projects on track by managing priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure every piece of work meets Limitless’ quality and documentation standards
- Run internal delivery check‑ins and project reviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned client accounts
- Run clients’ fortnightly delivery meetings, including agendas, progress updates, actions, and next steps
- Work with clients to triage new requests into support or project work, then agree priorities and timelines together
- Proactively chase outstanding client actions to keep delivery moving
- Provide clients with consistent, clear communication so nothing ever goes quiet or unclear
- Manage expectations with confidence, structure, and professionalism
- Oversee all incoming client requests and initial triage
- Distinguish between quick support fixes and larger project work, routing accordingly
- Ensure all work is logged, prioritised, and visible in Click Up
- Liaise with Zoho Support where required and keep clients updated
Monitor response times, recurring issues, and overall service health
- Own and continuously improve Limitless’ delivery framework and working standards
- Develop and maintain project templates, delivery playbooks, and client communication guidelines
