Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO. The COO will ensure strategic execution, operational scalability, and a high‑performance culture across all departments.

• Oversee daily operations across Operations, HR, IT and core business functions.
• Design, implement, and monitor standard procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
• Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
• Track and analyze KPIs, report insights to the CEO, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure that support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
• Allocate internal resources—personnel, technology, and capital—to fully support strategic projects and operations.
• Mentor senior leadership, foster accountability, and champion the company’s core values to drive engagement and retention.

• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
• Track record of scaling operations, improving efficiency, and managing cross‑departmental functions.
• Strong mentorship ability and experience leading large teams.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
