Job OverviewWe are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO. The COO will ensure strategic execution, operational scalability, and a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across Operations, HR, IT and core business functions.
- Design, implement, and monitor standard procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
- Track and analyze KPIs, report insights to the CEO, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure that support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
- Allocate internal resources—personnel, technology, and capital—to fully support strategic projects and operations.
- Mentor senior leadership, foster accountability, and champion the company’s core values to drive engagement and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
- Track record of scaling operations, improving efficiency, and managing cross‑departmental functions.
- Strong mentorship ability and experience leading large teams.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
