Moving Art Management is an artist-centred producing company based in the North East of England. We collaborate with artists, organisations and communities to develop ambitious cultural projects across dance, theatre, music, socially engaged practice and interdisciplinary performance.
Founded in 2015, MAM exists to support artists and organisations realise bold ideas, strengthen their artistic and business portfolios, and build meaningful connections with audiences and communities. Over the last decade, we have supported the development and delivery of nationally and internationally recognised projects, performances, festivals, commissions, artist development programmes and strategic partnerships.
Our work spans producing, fundraising, project management, mentoring, consultancy and strategic development. We are known for building long‑term relationships with artists and organisations, helping creative ideas move from early‑stage concepts into high‑quality public outcomes.
We work with a broad portfolio of artists and companies, many of whom are creating work at the forefront of contemporary performance, accessibility, inclusion and audience engagement. Alongside project delivery, we actively advocate for healthier and more sustainable working cultures within the arts sector.
In 2025, MAM celebrated its 10th anniversary alongside a full organisational rebrand and a period of strategic growth. As the organisation continues to expand, we are now seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Senior Producer to join the team.
Role DetailsRole: Senior Producer
Salary: £31,000 pro rata (£18,600 actual salary)
Location: Remote/hybrid, with regular travel across the North East and wider UK

Key Responsibilities:Producing & Project Management
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects from development through to completion
- Create and manage detailed project timelines and delivery schedules
- Coordinate artists, freelancers, venues and creative teams across multiple simultaneous projects
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high professional standard, on time and within budget
- Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions before issues escalates
- Maintain oversight of project administration and organisational systems
- Attend rehearsals, performances, meetings and sector events as required
- Support touring logistics, scheduling and operational planning
- Prepare, monitor and reconcile project budgets
- Track expenditure and income accurately across multiple projects
- Support financial reporting for funders and stakeholders
- Coordinate contracts, insurance documentation, copyright permissions and project compliance requirements
- Maintain organised records and filing systems
- Support organisational reporting and evaluation processes
- Ensure accurate and detail-oriented administration across all areas of work
- Research and identify funding opportunities, partnerships and commissions
