Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Head Warden / Scheme Manager Chorleywood £30,000  Accommodation OR £40,000 per annum

Full-time | Optional Live-in Available Are you compassionate, organised, and passionate about supporting older people? We are looking for a caring and motivated Head Warden / Scheme Manager to lead our friendly retirement community You will oversee the wellbeing of residents, manage and support staff, coordinate daily operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

What we're looking for:

Experience in elderly care preferred Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Good communication and leadership skills Basic computer skills and minimum GCSE qualifications

Working Hours:
