Marketing Operations & Insights Manager

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major marketing transformation. With strong investment and new leadership in place, marketing is evolving into a data‑led, commercially driven function, and this role is central to that journey.

As a Marketing Operations & Insights Manager, you will play a key role in building the structure, processes and insight capability needed to drive performance and support business growth. This is a newly created position offering real visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

• Develop and embed marketing planning frameworks and processes
• Drive performance tracking, ROI measurement and reporting
• Build and enhance customer insight capability (working with data and research partners)
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management (including Consumer Duty)
• Support budget planning and supplier management
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, finance, compliance and wider business teams
• Build a function from the ground up

• Experience in marketing operations, planning, performance or analytics
• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to link marketing activity to ROI
• Confident working with data, insight and stakeholder engagement
• Ideally from a service‑led sector
• Proactive and hands‑on, with a passion for building structure and improving ways of working
• Proficient with AI and have a keen appetite to develop skills in this area
• Keenness to work both strategically and at delivery level
