Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits including training, progression, company vehicle, company bonus, and training scheme.

Our company, established in 2022, designs, supplies and installs heat pumps, solar PV, EV charging and more. Rapid growth has created an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Contract Manager to lead exciting projects.

• Lead project progress, liaising with clients and teams.
• Manage schedules, logistics, budgets, procurement and subcontractors.
• Oversee operations of other Project Managers – delivery, compliance, planning and execution.
• Report directly to the Operations Director.
• Work on‑site 2–3 days a week nationwide and in the Gateshead office 1–2 days.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 18th edition wiring regulations.

• Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager experience in Renewables.
• Certification of 18th edition wiring regulations (BS 7671).
• Background in renewable and solar installation.
• Willingness to commute to Gateshead and travel nationwide.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

• Personal Development Plan reviewed annually.
• 10% salary annual bonus.
• Clear progression path to Contracts Manager and Operations Manager.

Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
