The North Advisory Services team is expanding and seeks to grow its Programme and Project Management (PPM) capabilities. From buildings, estates and large‑scale infrastructure to enterprise‑wide transformation, we deliver high‑quality, sustainable results on time and within budget.
We seek Programme & Project Management professionals across the North, with offices in Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle and Sheffield. The role is primarily senior level but offers multiple levels for professionals at different experience stages.
Key Requirements- Project management experience in the delivery of complex building projects across various sectors, including design, procurement and construction stages.
- A relevant degree and membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA or CIOB.
- Knowledge of advisory and consulting disciplines, including bidding and work winning with cross‑functional services.
- Experience in Project Planning, Projects Controls, Commercial Management or Contract Administration, with strong P6 skills.
- Team leadership or management experience.
