POP MART is opening a Newcastle Pop-Up and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will coach the sales team, manage stock, visuals, and shift planning, while ensuring compliance and a memorable POP MART experience. This fixed-term, full-time role requires flexibility for weekends and peak periods.
